What is VRU?

It's your 24 hour banking service, offering balance inquiries, transfers between sub-accounts, and the ability to have a withdrawal mailed to your address.

Is it secure?

Yes! This is a safe user-friendly system. You must provide your NFG #2 FCU Account and PIN number in order to have access to your funds. Just follow the step-by-step instructions provided by the VRU system to easily complete your transaction(s).

How do I start using the VRU?

The VRU is available to all our members, FREE of charge! You will need to contact us at 814-723-7510 or 800-242-3146 to be set up for VRU access. We will also assist you in entering the system for the first time.
